‘Beautiful Homes Seminar Series; Buy it, Sell it, Or Just Love it!’. The seminars are FREE and begin this Saturday, March 21st. All three seminars held at the John C. Conover Agency, 200 Main Street in Asbury Park, NJ.
Part I: Lifestyle Solutions – Whether it’s your part-time residence, primary residence, or a temporary residence that you intend to sell, you will find this seminar both interesting and informative. Topics covered will include; the difference between staging and decorating, The ABC’s of homing = Assess, Beautify, and Commit, Getting a Return on your Investment, and What’s new in the Trends of Design. We will discuss the practical, physical, and metaphysical aspect of balancing and beautifying your home. Saturday, March 21st 10 am – 12 pm.
Part II: Elements of Design – we will discuss the principles and elements of traditional design as they relate to the elements and principles of Feng Shui. Also we’ll take a look at how to combine them in order to create both good design and good Feng Shui. The art of accessorizing will also be discussed and how to create curb appeal. Saturday, March 28th. 10 am – 12 pm.
Part III: Color Inspirations – in this last segment you will learn about and discuss the power of color, and how the colors in our bodies, (the Chakras) along with the colors we use in our environments can effect us physically, mentally, and emotionally. And what the colors we like and dislike say about our own personalities. Saturday, April 4th. 10 am – 12 pm.
